Start Summit 16: Mehr als 800 Studenten, 300 Start-ups und 100 Investoren werden in St. Gallen teilnehmen

Der Start Summit 16 wird in den Olma Messehallen, St. Gallen, stattfinden und ist die grösste studentische Entrepreneurship Konferenz in Europa.
Wir rechnen mit über 1200 Teilnehmern, davon 800 Studenten, 300 Start-ups und 100 Investoren, welche sich gegenseitig austauschen und inspirieren.
Den Hauptfokus legen wir thematisch auf Internet of Things (IoT), FinTech, sowie die israelische Gründerszene.
Die Studenten kommen dabei von renommierten Universitäten wie der HSG, ETH, WHU, HEC, HHL, LMU, RWTH, TU, um einige Beispiele zu nennen.

At the START Summit 2016 more than 1,200 participates, start ups, investors as well as tech and business students from all over the world will gather in St. Gallen, participating at European´s biggest student-run Entrepreneurship conference. STARTglobal, the organizing party from the University of St. Gallen, grew along with the fast growing start up economy and is now taking the START Summit to the next level.

The START Summit is Europe’s leading talent conference for entrepreneurship and technology, one of the most important events at the University of St. Gallen and wholly organised by STARTglobal.
With new location (Olma Messehallen) we are doing so by broadening our lineup. Besides speeches and workshops focusing on IoT, Fintech and New Mobility we set a focus on Israel, the worlds #2 startup scene after Silicon Valley.
To further increase our impact we organize the START Hackathon. The 40 hours coding competition is setting our conference apart from any other entrepreneurship conference.
