This ecosystem is based on a model that promotes a culture of excellence and collaboration with brands, universities, research centers, startups, entrepreneurs, students, athletes, investors and visionaries from all over the world. Like that we will help generate more knowledge and create new products and services that can benefit our athletes, partners, fans and society as a whole.

Role of human and artificial cognition in the future of sport

After the success of the first edition of the Allianz Startup Challenge, the contest is being repeated this year.

The contest began on Thursday 6 October and the application period is open until Friday 13 November. Following the deadline, the jury made up of members of Allianz and the Barça Innovation Hub will announce the 6 finalists on December 2. The selected candidates will present their projects on February 27 at the Sports Tomorrow Congress, part of the Mobile World Congress. After the presentations on the main stage, the winner will be announced, who will receive a prize of 5,000 euros that will be used to promote their project.

In its first edition, the winner was the design of an intelligent urinal by the Kamleon company. The device performs immediate urine tests and issues personalized recommendations using algorithms based on the results.
