Since August 14, eight open workplaces have been available to the public in the St.Gallen station hall. On an initiative of the SBB and the Switzerland Innovation Park Ost, commuters and those who love to travel can also use their time at the station for productive work.
Working in the train station as a great need
In addition to shops for shopping and public WiFi, St.Gallen train station will have eight co-working options for the next three months. The tables are available to the public and offer workplaces including power supply. Michael Disch, Real Estate Management at SBB, emphasizes the advantages of the project: “Working at the station is a major customer need. With this joint initiative, we are turning the St. Gallen train station into a productive workplace – and thus creating concrete added value for our customers.»
New level of collaboration
