Crowdicity: Idea management software for smart organisations

Crowdicity is a unique social innovation platform, with head offices in Nottingham, East Midlands. The Crowdicity platform enables you to capture and develop the ideas, insights and opinions of your employees, partners, customers or anyone whose experience can help your organisation do things better.

Fat Free Media were commissioned to create a strong brand animation for Crowdicity, to exist on their homepage and introduce the service and purpose of Crowdicity. Working closely with brand and identity specialists Makermet, we set out to provide a seamless transition from a bold digital identity into a visual representation.

A major focus of the video production is the striking collection of brand colours and themes, which provided the foundation for the video. Taking inspiration from the Crowdicity website, the look and feel of the video also mirrors the clean, flat design of the web pages and presentation. Some of the main themes from the visual elements are also present in the voiceover narrative, to provide repetition of core messages and also to make the function and purpose of Crowdicity as clear as possible.

Overall, the video fits perfectly with identity of Crowdicity, and their overall marketing brand and approach. With a prominent place on the website homepage, we are excited to be helping Crowdicity communicate in such a positive, clear, effective and relevant way.

Desktop and Mobile become one – ideation on the go

Crowdicity’s completely re-imagined platform has been designed to maximize crowd productivity. As well as a brand new desktop UI, a new mobile platform offers market-leading automation features that mean you get ideas as they happen, wherever and whenever that might be. We call it ‘ideation on the go’.
Crowdicity has experienced rapid growth in recent years – which sees them now boast customers such as United Nations, John Lewis, LEGO, WWF, P&G, and the NHS. This latest achievement only reiterates the company’s on-going success and contribution to industry innovation.
