Design Thinking is shaping the future of Industry 4.0
Reply and the University of St. Gallen use the Design Thinking methodology to support companies that want to tackle challenges like development of new product and service prototypes, “idea-boost” from outside, establishment of new business models, changing actual structures and improvement of innovation culture.
As a partner in the “Industrial Services and Enterprise Systems” competence centre, Reply runs together with the University of St. Gallen, SAP and ThyssenKrupp looks at processes, systems and technologies that will be relevant for the future of industrial maintenance.
