Das Hasso-Plattner-Institut (HPI) in Potsdam ist Deutschlands universitäres Exzellenz-Zentrum für Digital Engineering. Mit dem Bachelor- und Master-Studiengang „IT-Systems Engineering“ bietet die Digital Engineering Fakultät der Universität Potsdam ein deutschlandweit einmaliges und besonders praxisnahes ingenieurwissenschaftliches Informatik-Studium an, das von derzeit rund 500 Studierenden genutzt wird.

This course will introduce you to crucial methods in design research, which will help you to discover inspirations for innovative solutions. A task-based approach to build your competencies and skills: You will learn to spot workarounds, observe potential users in their context and explore the basic skills of conducting insightful interviews.
