Switzerland Innovation Park Central: Founding of Buildify.Earth and Venture Desk

In June 2023, the investment company “buildify.earth” was founded by Switzerland Innovation Park Central, private investors and the Zuger Kantonalbank.
With its long-term investment strategy, buildify.earth invests in start-ups with the aim of enabling them to enter the market and achieve sustainable growth in Switzerland and beyond. buildify.earth focuses on start-ups with products and services in the area of circular economy and CO2 reduction in the construction industry in order to maintain a built environment worth living in.

buildify.earth believes in true partnerships and long-term relationships with everyone involved. For this reason, buildify.earth was not designed as another venture capital fund. In order to maximize the collective impact in the long term, buildify.earth will reinvest at least half of all future proceeds back into the start-up ecosystem.

Participation of Zuger Kantonalbank

The leading bank in the Zug economic region is participating in the development of buildify.earth. The newly founded stock corporation invests in start-ups from the Switzerland Innovation Park Central ecosystem and thereby promotes the development of innovative products and services in Central Switzerland.

In addition to the Switzerland Innovation Park Central and private investors, the Zuger Kantonalbank also holds a third of the share capital of the newly founded company. Martin Neuhaus, Head of Corporate Customer Consulting, brings his financial know-how to the Board of Directors. Substantial investments are to be made in promising start-ups in the coming years.
